At Gaea Atelier, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of each piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:
    •    Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
    •    Have all original tags attached
    •    Be returned in the original packaging (if applicable)

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Final Sale

All sale items and special purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
